Who is the partner program for?
Anyone who looks after more than one site: plugin and theme authors, agencies, freelance developers, and support teams. If you onboard and support other people's sites, it fits.
What does it cost?
A flat annual price for the capacity you need: $199/year for up to 25 sites, $299 for 50, $499 for 100 (about $5/site). Above 100 sites, we'll make a deal. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Do my customers have to pay?
No. Sites you onboard are free while you monitor them — your plan covers them. Your customer never creates an account or sees a bill; Tailwise is just part of the support you provide.
What happens when I connect more sites than my tier?
We never block you mid-onboarding. Connect the site, and you move up to the next tier automatically — we let you know when it happens. No per-site surprises, no interrupted onboarding.
Can I move down a tier if I manage fewer sites later?
Yes. You can drop to a lower tier at your next renewal — you keep your current capacity for the term you've paid for, and step down when it renews.
What happens to a site if I stop monitoring it?
If you disconnect a site, the customer is offered to continue Tailwise on their own subscription at a 20% discount — no reinstall, no lost history. If they don't continue, monitoring pauses.
How do customers connect?
You send them a connect link. They install the small Tailwise connect plugin and it links the site to your partner account automatically — no token to copy. We never ask you to bundle plugins or libraries into your own product.
Can I disconnect a site later?
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. Connect codes are single-use and bound to one site, so access stays tidy and under your control.
